This notice describes the Brian Media Marketing website and its project inquiry and audit checkout services.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for your name, email, business, and project details so Brian can reply and discuss your project. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.

Cloudflare hosts the website and checks submissions for spam using Turnstile, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals. Resend delivers your inquiry to Brian’s Google email inbox at [email protected]. Your address is used as the reply-to address. The form does not sign you up for marketing or send an automatic visitor reply.

Payments

Audit checkout takes place on Stripe’s hosted page. Stripe collects payment information along with the name, email, and website URL needed to fulfill your audit. This website does not receive or store your full card number. Payment and order records are handled in Brian’s Stripe account. See the audit and refund policy before ordering.

Storage and website preferences

The website does not keep a separate database of inquiry messages. Inquiry emails remain in the delivery service and Brian’s inbox while discussing or delivering your project and as needed for business records. The delivery provider applies its own retention settings.

For request limits, the application temporarily stores a salted identifier derived from your IP address and a counter, expiring after 15 minutes—not the raw IP address or your message. Hosting and spam-protection providers also process their own operational and security data.

This site has no marketing analytics or advertising pixels. The motion toggle applies to the current visit. Spam protection and hosted payment pages may use their own necessary technology; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Resend’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, and Stripe’s privacy policy.

Interactive design examples

The design showcase lets you explore prewritten examples, colors, compositions, and screen sizes. It is not a self-service website builder. These choices stay in memory for the current page visit; the showcase does not save them, collect business details, generate customer files, or send a design brief. Featured client media is served from this website, not embedded from the client sites. No AI service or automatic message is used.

If you saved a draft using the earlier Play Studio prototype, that older copy may still be in this browser’s local storage. The current showcase does not read, upload, or automatically delete it. You can remove the old copy through your browser’s site-data controls. Previously downloaded HTML files remain under your control on your device.
